1. Form Submission Trigger

The whole process starts when someone fills out a simple form with just the company name and details. That’s it.

2. AI Assistant Generates Meme Ideas

Then, we pass the company info to an AI assistant that creates a list of relevant meme concepts. Think:

• “When [Company] says they’re different but they’re exactly like everyone else”
• “Me trying to explain [Company’s product] to my grandma”
• “POV: You’re using [Company] for the first time”

3. Meme Search

Now, the automation searches for actual meme templates using RapidAPI’s meme database. It finds real, popular meme formats that match our generated ideas.

4. AI Agent Picks the Best Memes

Here’s where it gets smart. An AI agent looks at all the meme options and picks the ones that actually make sense for the company. No random selections, no off-brand content.

5. Generate Custom Meme Images

Using the selected templates and captions, the system creates custom meme images with the company-specific text overlaid perfectly.

6. Save Everything to Google Drive

Now, all generated memes get automatically saved to Google Drive, organized and ready for review.

7. Update Google Sheets Tracker

Then, our Google Sheet gets updated with all the meme details, images, and status. Perfect for tracking what’s been created and what’s performing.

8. Add Background Music

The automation grabs suitable background music (those trending audio clips that everyone uses) and gets ready for the final step.

9. Create Video with FFmpeg

Now, This is where the magic happens. Instead of paying for expensive video automation tools like Creatomate or JSON2VIDEO (which can cost $100+ per month), we use FFmpeg — a completely free, open-source powerhouse that does the same job.

Using FFmpeg, the system:

• Takes the meme image
• Adds the background music
• Creates a 1080x1920 Instagram/TikTok-ready video
• Adds a smooth zoom-in effect as the image appears
• Sets a black background for that clean look

10. Auto-Upload to YouTube

Finally, the finished video gets automatically uploaded to YouTube with proper titles, descriptions, and tags.
